My wife-to-be is expecting and she is in her first trimester. She however has a very low sex drive . In fact she would prefer she does not have to do it at all except maybe to get pregnant or maybe oncea month. I on the other hand has a high drive and so attracted to her I find it hard to not ask for it. Also it is painful to her and she find its almost impossible now to lubricate naturally. This has been the case before she got pregnant and has only gotten worse. What can we do about it?

I was the same way before I got pregnant, have you tried buying lube? Also is there a way she can please you without having intercourse?

I would support her and wait until the baby is born. Then I'd go to some couple's counseling. She'll only have 100 more reasons to not want to have sex. This isn't going to go away. I never thought couples counseling would do much for me, but it helped me understand my wife on a whole new level. Once she knows that I understand her, connecting on every level is so much easier. Resentment is no aphrodisiac brother.
